Visit Manaus Amazon Cruises
Listing
Amazon cruises are an interesting alternative to a stay at a jungle lodge,
often providing a similar or greater degree of comfort, and enabling
you to cover a greater area, if not a greater range of environments.
Many of the caveats noted for lodges also apply to cruises, and
probably the most important variables are itinerary, type of cabin,
and on-board facilities. You should also consider the nature and age
of the group you are likely to be with, as you’ll be stuck with them
for the duration of your cruise. We list here the cruises that have
regular departures, but there are many more boats which operate
cruises on a charter basis—you will only find these through local
agencies or by careful research on the internet.
As always, we welcome comment on our ratings, or if any operators
would like to advise us of changes which may affect our assessments,
please do get in touch. And remember to check out our
our forum and
blog.

Good reviews, with regular cruises departing from
the Port of Manaus. This is really much more of a luxury
mini-cruise in the conventional sense than the other
cruises available. |
